2 HIMs gave YHC a warm welcome in the sub freezing temps at 88mph this AM. After a lap around Waverly, the pax warmed up in the While Foods lot. Then we did a few laps around the WF lot with 5 pull ups and 10 jump squats after each lap. After another lap around Waverly, YHC gave the pax what they wanted, Christmas music. Towards the end of this excellent circuit of Merlin’s, abs and running, Kitty Litter revealed his middle school Toni Braxton crush. He’s still a little salty that she signed a crappy record deal, ask him about it!
