Another glorious morning at the most enlightening of all AOs. A brisk one and Fruit Loop started the morning strong by agitating Cauliflower which was amusing. Also, a couple of Tesla Run Bro vehicles really messing with the Stonecutters cred. Pledge and slow mosey time to attempt to get warm. Standard warm-ups then off to meet our new friends for the morning. At this point we discovered there is only one standard cinder block left behind the dumpster, along with a heap of solid cinder blocks. This ended up saving the pax from numerous Murder Bunnies but YHC overcame this challenge.
To the back lot we went for SCarys first Discombobulated Dora (patent pending). 100 OHP, 200 Cinder Rows, 300 Squats. At any moment, any PAX may call “PICKLE” at which point the PAX must complete the pickle (down and back the lot). Shipyard wasted no time in calling pickle immediately because he was cold. Co-site-Q Fruit Loop also enjoyed this power and called pickle numerous times. We mixed the pickle up with overhead carries, chest level carries, backwards slow mosey, and regular slow mosey. At the end of each pickle execute 10 single SSH to attempt to keep the PAX warm. As expected mumblechatter was extremely strong during this segment of the beatdown, something about goings on in the bathrooms at Cary High and how all pax present really missed out in high school and college. Also upcoming Worlds events….
After an undetermined amount of reps were completed we returned our friends, unfortunately Lite Brite did not become so attached that he named his block so no adventures forthcoming today. Back to the main lot to close out with a partial set of 11s consisting of Plank Jacks and Mountain Climbers. At this point we fully expected the run bros to show, but alas, it appears the 0515 start caught them off guard as per my Strava investigation we missed them by about 10 minutes.
Announcements were announced. Prayers for Cauliflowers travel this weekend and big praises for the reasoning, he’s getting inducted into his high schools Hall of Fame for Wrestling! Congrats Cauliflower!
