Met up with some Ohio f3 brothers on a beautiful morning just outside of Columbus. Some running with a guaranteed 5k. Lots of squats, merkins, and shoulder work with hill intervals. Mosey back to the flag and one last hill to hit the 5k. Round of Mary as we waited for the ruckers. COT with 3 down range including a familiar face (Punch Out). Good to run into another South Cary brother so far from home! Never know who you’ll run into out in the wild.
