It was a great morning at the MDCH with some HIM. The SCary adjacent Carpex AO was participating in SCary’s high-respect/honor week but SL15 took over. YHC arrived to much applause and regale.

Short mosey with lots of arm warm ups for what turned out to be a leg-heavy beatdown.

Set of 15’s (counting by 3s) – diamond merkins/CDDs
Set of 15’s (counting by 3s) – single leg pulse, pulse, hinge/hallelujahs
Partner up for a LORA (leg DORA) – L/R step ups, squat jacks, monkey humpers
Slow mosey back to the flag stopping at every other grass spot for a CORA – WW2s, LBCs, Flutter kicks.

The flutter kicks were a hit.

Back to the flag just in time.

High-respect/Honor week continues in SCary. Convergence at GT next week. Lots of Memorial Day Murph options in the GCR.
COT: Yoga Mat’s coworker recovering from a stroke. Prayers for Pinto’s family friend whose husband committed suicide recently. Wanted to share something I shared yesterday at A Team.

The men standing beside you at workouts, through all the jokes, sweat, and banter, are more than just workout buddies. They’re brothers who are ready to listen. If you’re struggling, speak up. Find someone you trust and talk it out.

We often think strength means staying silent and pushing through, but real strength is found in asking for help. You’re not alone. You were never meant to be.

“Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’”
