F3 Has 5 Core Principles:

  1. Free of Charge
  2. Open to ALL Men
  3. Held Outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
  4. Peer-led in a rotating fashion, no training or certification necessary
  5. End with a Circle of Trust

Our Credo: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him.

Why is it called F3? The three “F’s” are Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.

  • Fitness (the 1st F) : Ditch the dad bod, get in shape, get better.  The workouts are peer-led, outdoors and generally incorporate body-weight exercises (push-ups, squats, sit-ups, etc.).  “Bootcamp” workouts follow this model.  “Hi-Tempo” workouts are generally similar to a bootcamp but with quite a bit more running.  “Limited Run” workouts are bootcamps with minimal running involved.
  • Fellowship (the 2nd F) : It’s much more than just a workout.  There will be about 10 to 15 men at each workout.  We often gather outside of the workouts for a cup of coffee or other various events and outings.
  • Faith (the 3rd F) : Simply defined as the belief in something bigger than yourself.  This includes various community service projects and other activities to encourage servant leadership.  Men of all beliefs and devoutness are welcome and active in F3 South Cary.
