Mosey west up the hill to the church for a set of 7 of diamonds. One exercises each round done at each corner of the diamond. Reps of 7, 14, 21, 28, 21, 14, 7.
Term Paper and Kirkland had a very high WRR, impressive stuff. One discussion was the Merkin Ring of Fire Buzz so we tried it out back at the non-flag. PAX count & merkin but every multiple of 7 or number containing 7 was stated as “Buzz” and the direction of the ring reversed. When PAX fail, restart at 1.
I am proud to say we set a new world record at 53 (previous record 50… your reign is over Franklin) and were still going strong but elected to call it on a high note.

I’m trying to fully recall JIU this am. Likely the most memorable was the realization of where the extra Picnic beans went….directly to TinkerToy. Today we experienced a random and unpleasant atmosphere around him. Apologies did not save us. Although this @Bubbles character remained an enigma, Tink revealed that he may be, in fact, the true bubble maker in the bunch. The drop for each burpee was like falling through low lying blanket of campfire smoke or fog one can see in a pastoral valley on a winter’s day. But a minute is a minute and we were not allowed to leave until the exercise was finished. Because that’s how we roll. Beyond that it’s a good thing I showed up to save that Q slot from this bubbles guy. A hearty EMOM took us over hill and dale, 20 exercises mixed in and we MIAGM despite the shenanigans. Pushing the PAX. Master brewing site Q gave us coffee that was on point.

Beautiful and crisp Monday morning. It’s like we are back in time. Great to be at 88 mph with a stellar PAX. We said the pledge and then off to a warmup jog around Twin Pines mall, I mean Waverly mall.

We ended back underneath the buildings close to where this years Highland Games started and ended. A quick warmup of 1 merkin, 9 squats, 5 forward sir fozzio arm circles and 5 reverse sir fozzio arm circles. Back in time, we used to do a lot of DORA’s, so what better time to get back to the basics. Standard 100 merkins, 200 squats and 300 LBCs. The pickle was the two straight aways under and back around the building.

Next we moseyed over to center point for, you guessed it, another round of DORA. Switch partners and this time 100 overhead claps, 200 low slow flutters and 300 dips. Pickle was up the steep stairs by Two Roosters and back down the ramp and around.

After a quick mosey around to the PB lot, we needed to get in 88 overhead claps to get back. Back at the flag we performed 1 merkin, 9 squats, 8 forward sir fozzio arm circles and 5 reverse sir fozzio arm circles. All is well back in good old 1985, I mean 2025.

Prayers and praises were said and a few announcements mentioned. Great to be out there with you fine HIM this morning. MIAGD!

Norwegian 4×4 in the books. 5-star effort by all. 4.5m covered with some nice elevation change as we raced around Avenue of Estates and Richelieu loops. Heart rates were elevated and then de-elevated. VO2 Max gains were made. Heckuva start to the week… MIAGD!
