Six of us ran an assortment of distances for the Sunday Slowzy. The upcoming election was discussed frequently with some good hearted banter on both sides of the political spectrum. Conclusion is that regardless of who is elected, our day-to-day lives are probably not really going to change. We are blessed to be able to have these discussions and debates.

Twelve of the baddest HIMs on the planet joined YHC for my 2nd Anniversary Q. Several of them so tough that they maximized their EC.
We started the ME, we started with the Pledge of Allegiance and moseyed down to Lochmere Bridge for some dynamic stretching.
Thang 1
Lochmere Pavilion for 11s up and down the back stairs. @enhancement showed that 8 mile EC does not tire him in the least.
Made our way back up toward the flag while stopping for LBC, quick feet and merkins and greeting Water Wings and his M along the way.

The First Annual Tour de PAXmere in the “North Central” side of Lochmere, within manageable distance of the flag! We dedicated a CORE exercise to each PAX and a Hello Dolly round. 3 miles were covered and fun was had.
