Guys stepping up and standing out drives F3 forward. On this splendid morning, 2 new site Q’s were knighted at JIU: Spayed and Hallmark. TYFYL!
The workout consisted of a warmup mosey over to the Valley of the Shadow of Death by Uncle Dave’s house and a set of 7’s on the hill. The PAX crushed it, and we started back. Water Wings then took over, and we stopped at light poles for squats and merkins. Back at the flag, we wrapped up with some merkins, races around the pickle, and some ab work.
