Non-problematic birthday Q! Great group of HIMs.

Mosey to rich neighborhood for some standard warm-ups then over to the hills for thang 1.

Thang 1 – 40s…it’s like 11s, but different. 10 squats on one side of the hill, then run to the other side for 30 LBCs…then 20-20 and 30-10. Each time stop at the bottom on the way there for 9 merkins, stop on the way back for 24 merkins. Back to the main parking lot for Thang 2.

Thang 2 – 19 homer to marges followed by 83s (like 100s, but stopping at 83). Pickle. 19 poorly counted Astrojacks followed by an 83 second chillcut. Pickle. Then some popcorn Mary.

Odyssey, picnic, new AO chatter, pull-up challenge. Prayers for Shut-in, Wings’ BIL and YHC BIL/SIL.

Glorious Morning in South Cary! The temperature was perfect and the Pax number was large. We started with a pledge and then moseyed into the greenway for a quick stretch, warmup and some merkins. We then crossed the bridge to the bottom for some 11s consisting of Bonnie Blairs & Squats. Followed by the climax of the main event when we did balls to wall for a 10 count for every pax that was in attendance. By the end, certainly everyone was dizzy. Mosied back to the flag for some Freddy Mercuries and called it a nice day. Odyssey is coming up, TCP Sawgrass is on Sunday… It was a pleasure to lead these great men this morning.

The Hulkamania circle had more people than normal, but Chipper’s parking job kept everyone close. I had a lot to squeeze in, so no pledge, but I did manage to give an abbreviated disclaimer with an FNG on-hand.

Thing 1: 5-moves for 20 reps, then 15 reps, then 10 reps
Thing 2: Laddering up from 1 to 7 thirty-second exercises

Pretty high difficulty level this morning. I tried to shake things up after a couple of months of tabata.

Welcome FNG Animal Farm (1984 –> George Orwell –> Animal Farm). Lived in Germany then LA, has two kids (Moses and Solomon, dope names).

I’m embarrassed to say that I’m missing a name. Can anyone spot my error?
