Great group today. A lot of commotion this morning with ruckers, walkers, bootcampers, 4 FNG’s, and guys showing up at various times. Something for everyone. We started at the medical center where we did warmups and a modified Dora, with one partner doing squats and LBC’s while the other ran to the lower end of the parking lot and did merkins. Then run back and switcharoo multiple times.
Then we went to the rehab center where we did a version of Mary where we would run up the hill, YHC would call upon a pax to lead an exercise, then we run back down the hill. Repeato a few times. Apparently monkey humpers are a Mary exercise. Bakers Man showed off his sprinting skills by beating French Lick to the top of the hill. Thought maybe we lost a few guys on the way back. Did some more Mary at the flag and then did a couple of penalty burpees for those late for COT.
Welcome to all the FNGs. Chipper was on fire with the naming. The coffee was much improved but we lost the trunk part of the trunk coffee. But at least that’s better than bad coffee with a trunk. Sometimes you have to choose your battles. MIAGD.

16 showed up this morning to enjoy humidity, classic rock and lifting heavy things. We did all 3.
YHC isn’t sure if everyone counted the same number of reps and instilled a penalty burpee for those that had it on their conscience, it was a questionable move.
Regardless we all worked hard and enjoyed the mumblechatter of the ambassadors.
