To close out the Pokemon week, we played with a deck of Basic Energy cards. Each card represented an exercise. Some cards had a dice roll to call the count, others were just called by a dad.

Warmups after a brief mosey. Questionable form per usual in SCary. Mosey back to the playground for the thang.

Kids took turns flipping a card and we threw in a pickle lap in the middle of the deck. The illusive fire burpees were finally found!

A few dad called exercises to round out the morning and then a final mosey to cover a full mile.

Picnic coming soon and camping trip. YHC took us out.

This was my first Q of this AO and probably my favorite Q yet. It may have looked like herding cats to those watching us run around but nothing is more fun than the opportunity to lead along side you HIM with the 2.x’s watching and learning. MIAGD!

SCary’s most problematic AO is back, and this time with record numbers! The dads jumped out to an early 4-1 lead, supported by the finesse of FNG dad VO5 (The Super’s BIL) who put up an early hat trick. The kids came back with a vengeance, tying up the match and then it was a close match the rest of the way. Sherpa’s 2.0 Hat Trick reminded us of our superb footwork and scoring abilities.
VO5’s 2.0 Rocket showed us his rocket of a foot. Grisham was full of energy and played most of the time with a 2.0 on his shoulders…taking rucking to a new level. Future F3 leader and kid veteran Four-Seam made some incredible saves in goal. Sbarro was a stonewall as usual. Water Wings and YHC showed off some fancy header “skills”. The Super found the back of the net in his SCary Dads soccer debut. Well Done saved our butts on defense more than once. Little FNG Yoshi showed no fear. George family 2.X’s Seadoo and Snorkel kept the kids’ offense moving. Kiffin wore his fancy glasses. The Mayflower girls might be on their way to playing for Barcelona. Somehow we ended up with 2 FIFA’s. Amazingly, no injuries. Happy Birthday to FIFA (Well Done’s 2.0), The Super, and Mayflower. Great time today! Looking forward to the next one.
