17 bootcampers and 5 cleaver runners came out this beautiful morning. Bootcampers started with an indigenous peoples run around Waverly to the back corner lot. Little warmup stretching and then Thang 1 was the BMW, the ultimate workout machine, of burpees, merkins (world’s worst), and WWII’S with running between. Then we hopped like gorillas and lunged like lungers do. Catch me if you can back around Waverly to the flag. Strong work by all.
COT: culture week & VQ week coming up. Prayers for those affected by fires on Maui, for kids returning to school, for gentleman in Lowes parking lot.
