Thirteen posted at first official workout of the Stonecutters. What a great start.

We started with a short jog in the parking lot. Followed by some stretches.

Followed up a brisk paced mile walk where we climbed up and down the ladder with LBCs, LSFs, and WWIIs.

Finished in the park with some Yoga lead by Unitard.
