We celebrated Yogi’s 7 year F3 Anniversary with a classic Yogi workout. We were joined by several non-SCary F3 guys from Yogi’s past and ended up with Yogi’s ideal number of PAX for a workout.

Ran the big loop then we “lined out” and Yogi called  lots of reps of the standard exercises…merkins, world war 2s, squats, burpees, LBCs, etc. There was grunting and yelling and asking people if they wanted to quit. Then we ran another big loop and got back to the flag just in time.

Nice work by Kirkland and Wide Right/Out for getting that EC run in!
