Peter Parker’s at the bottom, crab cakes at the top. Moseyed to the parking deck and did a pain train using the light poles. 10 LBC’s, 20 Leg raises, 30 Freddy Merc’s, 40 Flutters. Mosey back to the flag doing a variety of merkins on the way back. Finished with Dancing Chilcutt’s, Doggy Paddles, and Dollys. Prayers for Rock Lobster’s co-workers M. 16 Bootcampers and 10 Cleaverites celebrated a beautiful Wednesday morning at Point Break. The boot campers used blocks from the only real truck in the parking lot and moseyed for a brief warmup. Thang 1: Diego: 100 Abyss Merkins; 150 Upright rows; 200 Overhead presses; 250 LBC’s; 300 Flutter Kicks. Pickle up the ramp and past the fountains. Thang 2: Colt 45’s for bi’s and tri’s. Returned blocks: Mary at the Flag. The Cleaver’s joined for COT. Prayers for Voltron’s F3 buddy in SC; Joe Smith’s family. YHC shared a passage on compassion and our shared humanity. We began with a mosey to the Church parking lot, followed by a Side Struttle Hop variation warm up then into Thang 1 – which consisted of a Dora with 100 Lunges, 200 Mountain Climbers & 300 Wide Grip Merkins. The rain came down hard and we then headed for some shelter to continue our work out for Thang 2 – which consisted of Dips, Step ups, WWII Situps & Derkins as the rain started to slow, we left the shelter for a mile long victory lap & headed back to the shelter for some Freddy Mercurys & called it a day. Coffeeteria & welcome to F3 – Escobar!

11 boot campers played chicken with Andretti of Cary. We all got lucky and carried water around a good fortune 32 restaurant parking lot with some merkins and core work for those without the H2O. Chill cut leap frog rounded out the adventure. Ritter’s finest coffee was brewed and enjoyed (I think). I appreciate the opportunity to Q and the work we all put in. MIAGD
