3 PAX from SCary crossed regional lines to post in Raleigh at their True Grit AO by Shelley Lake. The objective was to introduce George English, an FNG, to F3 near him. He was named Cornwallis. The workout was a 2.1 mile lap around the lake, stopping to do exercises every quarter mile or so.

Corwallis lost his phone in the leaves but was eventually able to find it with the help of a friendly PAX (Ron Burgundy) with a headlamp that came back to help search.

On a separate note, Preacher Man’s wife achieved a MAJOR milestone today of 40 consecutive years of running without missing a day! ABC News was there to document it.
