Beautiful morning at PB!

The EC run crew came blazing in with a sub 8 pace and after a quick mission and core principles we were off!

Quick show lap of the burpee relay that we would hit later and quick warm ups on the green pavilion. Shout out to Bubba’s grundle.

Headed to the wake parking garage for Thang 1.
YHC didn’t realize how many floors it had so what started as a beast – quickly turned into 69. Ay O! 6 reps on each 9 floors.

Travel back to the pavilion for our burpee relay!
2 teams racing the pickle with burpees at designated spots while PAX hit Mary until their turn. Started together – finished together.

Announcements- summer swoltice next Thursday. + greater Carpex burpee + no sugar challenge to raise money for a diabetes cause.

Prayers – travel mercy’s and safety. Lifting Bubba up for his visit with his dad. Ma Bell’s move to Alpharetta in July. Prayers for safety on the roads.
