9 graciously gave up their morning mileage and sat in a circle and talked – about goals and fears and pride and obstacles. I’m so grateful for it. I have so much respect for each of you. I wish we’d had twice as long together. Let’s look for opportunities to continue these conversations.

The SCary PAX converged this morning at a true fitness mecca: Waffle House. Thanks to the genius of Yoga Mat for dusting off this CSAUP a mere two weeks ago and bringing the crazy idea back to life. It went kind of like this:

1 big and dense waffle
2 eggs
2 pieces of buttery toast
Hash brows/grits (def not tomato)
Bacon/sausage (def not ham)
5K (3.00 to 3.16mi depending on watch and route)

Various techniques were observed to get the food down quick. Thread your favorite below.
A good time was had by all and amazingly no one reported a Merlot.

It difficult to choose. But generally it was perls on a string through the neighborhood with incrementing called exercise at every streetlight. We journeyed so that we came out to Walnut Street from Kingston Ridge Rd and by accident, we turned right instead of left and wound up at the Waffle House. (I think the Q got lost)

The moon was pretty, the air was crisp, and the PAX were energetic. It was Brick Day at Stonecutters. Fortunately, Lite Brite is an extraordinarily well prepared site Q and he provided a large box of hand warmers for those who needed them. Pro Tip- bricks probably work better in warmer weather. in colder weather, they suck every bit of heat from your hands. Exercises included Jack Webs, with bricks. Bear Crawls, with bricks. Rock your body, with bricks. American Hammers, with bricks. Squats, with bricks. And a general additional collection of exercises and stretches.

Announcements included the DDD, the ascension/anointment, and the Highland Games. We lifted up concerns around employment uncertainty and the family dramatically affected by a space heater fire.

Huge party afterwards at NYDBIII but unfortunately the crew from Stonecutters missed the table dances and the spraying of coffee. I guess SCary won today. Good on us!

Great morning for the launch of Mojo Dojo Casa House! 3 Mall Walkers and 7 Campers found their way around Walnut Street Park. As @Chipper regaled us with tales from camp “march or die” we wandered around the park moving from pain train, to Dora, to lunge walk lane, to moving jack Webb’s. Ever the teacher, @termpaper offered commentary as we moved through the workout. The launch was celebrated with trunk coffee and doughnuts.

The Q sheet is now live and DiscoDuck told me if a Carpex guy has the Q, I don’t have to pay that weeks rent to use the AO.

It was back to Stonecutter roots this morning – limited running, more stretching, and off the chain discussion. it would appear that @breezy is easily distracted. YHC learned not to call “merkin position” if you are really looking to do a plank. Chipper said Pittsburgh “got away with one” and Califlower sagely agreed. We were joined by Disco Duck. He clicks. Nobody was cold. We did not bail and go to Bojangles. Hermes can’t tell the difference between FIA and F3. I’m not sure if that’s on us or him.

9 of SCary’s finest and 1 Carpecker stepped into the arena at Loch n Load this beautiful morning. After the warmup and monkey humpers for IC Light, we experienced the Ultimate Workout Machine (BMW) of burpees, merkins (world’s worst), & WWII’s, with some running in between. Then, a mosey back to the tennis courts for balls to wall and star jumps. Finished off with a billy run to the flag.
