8 braved week 2 of the Iron Pax Challenge under Kitty Litter’s leadership. Workout honored the STL pax who lost his life at a beatdown last year. Times ranged from legit 45ish (apologies if French Lick and Nabs were materially faster) to questionable 55 minutes. This week was significantly more challenging than wk 1. Playlist on point. Prayers for aging parents and those doing R2R this weekend.

It was a lite mist kinda day. The stay in place workout group was gearing up under the shelter, and with the bar already set, we refused to come under it.
We went for a run
We found some closed roads due to down power lines
We found some streams across the road
We found some high lake water
We found some hills
We found that we would like to have more endurance.

After the run and a change into a dry shirt, we rewarded ourselves with coffee at the Waffle House.

Prayers for @greenbow as he is having shoulder surgery tomorrow.

Ambassadors were technically in PC but really close to Carpex. With both of those already tagged and wanting to make sure to get credit, used GL as the location for Full Metal Jacket. We did stuff, the pax ignored the Q, some got lost, nobody fell despite pitch black greenway run, several did all of the exercises while most didn’t. It was just what needed after fartsack yesterday.
