Started at 0530 with the F3 mission. Flag was a no show this morning so we jumped right in with a mosey to the grassy knoll for warm-ups. After warm ups we headed to a parking lot for Thang 1 which consisted of a pain-train filled with variations of the merkin. Last round we modified to monkey humpers b/c YHC needed to modify. After Thang 1 we headed back to the grassy knoll for some Australian pullups and Erkins 15, 10 and 5 counts super set. We then headed to the upper lot for 6 rounds of 4 corners with various exercises. Round 2 of 6 some PAX recited the Pledge of Allegiance as we spotted Old Glory waving in the breeze. After completing the 6 rounds we headed back to where the flag should have been, stopping to do some dips and derkins. Finished up with COT and then coffee. Had a great time this morning Gents! MIAGD!!!

14 Boot campers plus 1 runnner followed around a hobbled Q for Backwards hill runs with partner merkins at each end. No Good Mornings were performed. All exercises done to a 14 count in honor of the win streak by the current World Champion Bravos. MIAGD!
