Campers got after it today with two Thangs

Thang 1:  Partners ran opposite parking lots for 10 merkins one end, 10 stump jumpers the other. Each meetup they did 5 Wojos (and or Bobby Hurleys I dunno) – 5 laps

Thang 2: Top of the parking deck for 7s..4 corners sort of. 7 burpees, 7 derkins, 7 knee tucks, 7 parking spot bear crawls. Then coming back through do 6 then 5 etc.

NMS:
– FNG Jason told me during T1 that I suck. That was the best encouragement I could ask for!
– Gibbler is the neighbor to Full House
– Bagels was a beast today. I’m told he’s always a beast.
– Happy 7 years of F3 to Term Paper!!! Can’t believe it’s been 7 years since we found out unc is a buncha cheaters. #royknew

After a quick warm up, the PAX indulged in pull-ups, courtesy of Whole Foods, in preparation for The Memorial Day Murph (5/30, 0600, Koka Booth).
After HIMs got swole, the PAX moseyed across Tryon for some parking deck math, which included Bonnie Blairs and merkins.
Back to the flag with time to spare.
