8 for a loose interpretation of 7s across the hills of Loch and Load. We headed west first and essentially did 3 trips up each hill we encountered. 1 rep at the bottom, 2 at the top, 3 at the bottom, up to 7. Modify by starting with 2 reps if we needed to end at the top.

The two Loch hills involved merkins and squat jumps. We hit the greenway just east of the AO and found a mini hill with Side Straddle Hops. Continued on for two trips up the monster hill at the bottom of the greenway with American Hammers.

Long trek back for a bit of Mary while we recollected after a bit of separation due to some tweaks encountered along the way. 3.2 miles with 250 ft elevation… just what this BRR enthusiast ordered.

8 in the ‘no-respect’ COT. We announced Clockwork’s trail running event in two weeks. We lifted up Texas’s contact and Ship’s fam celebrating graduation. MIAGWknd!

Mosey to the Speight Branch Greenway, over to Tryon, cross the street, up the sidewalk, and back to the flag.
Quick leg, hamstring, and glutes stretch before Have a Nice Day and a beautiful sunrise.

43 brave PAX set out in the gloom this morning to compete in the South Cary Highland Games. 13 PAX were lost along the way. Roughly 12 miles were covered along a route with 7 AOs.

Kudos to our SAG Team lead by Francois. Thanks to the guys who stepped up and Qd along the way.

As always it was great to see our brothers from other regions. Carpex was able to capture the . Scary moment as raleigh put up a good fight.

Three for EC and 17 total for the main event. We did a pearls on a string warm-up out to Kildaire, and turned into the Audubon Park apartment complex. We worked our way down a Greenway trail path to the small lake where we split into groups of three and did a Catch me if you can to the south end. We then crossed over to the Lochmere pavilion, where we did three laps with dips in between. Crossed back over to the lake and split into groups of five for a final Catch me if you can to the north end. Grand reveal of a shortcut back into Waverly, and back up to the plaza for a cooldown loop. LBCs at the flag, and we’re done!

Sign up for Highland Games. We lifted up Shawn, Bob, Barista’s grandma and aunt, Yogi, and Bubba’s wife.

This was day 75 of posting for me this year, and I couldn’t have planned this any better. The goal has shifted many times, but the one that I was most proud of was outlasting the job that I finished last week. A rest day will come at some point, but looking ahead, I’m still not seeing any scheduling conflicts. The pavement on the EC almost had something to say about that! MIAGD.

13 converged for a post Bday celebration!
Thang 1: The PAX cut across Penny Rd to check in on Uncle David and did a squat jump ladder over and back the big hill.
Thang 2: PAX found the rock pile and played catch me if you can while the man with the rock help it overhead. 2nd lap were rock curls.
Plenty of Merkins and LBCs kept the PAX together.

Lifted up prayers for Eric 60 days sober! New babies on the way, fathering children through difficult times, mom’s selling homes.

Advice of the day when selling a home: sell to the highest bidder and no inspections!
