There was a certain buzz in the air with an FNG on site!

After disclaimer and pledge the PAX was off around the park for a little warm-up.
Thang 1: We’ll call it 21s around the pickle. 7 burpees at the bottom of the pickle ascending to 14 each lap, and 14 CDDs at the top of the pickle descending to 7 each lap.
Thang 2: Jacked Leg. 1:4 ratio of squats and lunges. Made it to 10 squats and 40 lunges all the way around the pickle.
