Standard mosey and warmup start and then on to some four corners. I hinted to some people about low mileage but apparently, and without realizing it, picked one of the larger four corner spots out there. We didn’t hit 5k, but weren’t far off.
The four corner exercises were merkins, v-ups, side squats, shakiras. Started with 7 reps of each, increased to 14 on the next lap, and then 21 on the final lap.
Moseyed back towards the flag for a set of 7s on the hill. I knew people would be dissappointed without some side-plank-star-crunches so those were done at the top of the hill with catalina wine mixers at the bottom. Circled up for a few mary exercises to finish it off.

Today was a day that I really did not want to get up and get going, but I felt energized once I was out and around all you HIMs. I appreciated the time this morning. MIAGD!

Dealers choice at Stonecutters today. Rotating Q. We found a basketball court we had never used and made a vain attempt to dry off the parking lot. Closed with a bit of yoga and most of us made it to coffee.
