45 minutes of Christmas inspired fun was enjoyed by the PAX.
Top notch Christmas tunes were enjoyed for 33 minutes of the workout (until the battery died due to the cold). Some of the fun included elves on a string, reindeer kicks, Kris Kringle crunches and Peace on Earth burpees (to the tune of Bing Crosby and David Bowie). Post workout Irish cream spiked coffee was enjoyed by most. I am grateful as always to have this group of men who will partake in these ridiculous shenanigans.
