Happy to Q this morning. Despite the cold, it was dry nonetheless. 5 boot campers took off. An easy morning for themed workout. I did not plan a themed workout. Moseyed to the parking deck on Crescent. As we stopped for warm ups along the way, my counts inadvertently landed in 14 so kept that going.

Stair work 7s from the low parking lot up to the top of the parking deck. Shoulder tap merkins and jump squats.

Ran across the street to a parking lot for a random “triangle of exercises “. It was suggested to make it a heart, so I obliged. Sets of 10 ab focused exercises at 3 points on the “heart”

Back to flag for 14 pull-ups each before finishing with a Chilcutt hold.

Great chatter today with a fun group.

7 runners came in at various times. Prayers for Henry in his latest treatment and all the people who just need some love today.

Ten at JDI for ‘hint of Strava Art’, consisting of 2 miles of sprinting, and 3 miles of the Q catching up. FWD was peeped across Tryon coming down SCary’s most dangerous hill, which was not intentional. There was also an Enhancements (?) flyby in Lochmere I think… headlamp was v bright!

9 at COT, but Wonderbread rejoined for coffee and bagels. It is a gift to be alive, MIAGD!

Mosey to Java Jive for standard warmups on some very smooth and slippery pavement.

On to the golf course parking lot for some pax choice exercises. Worst choice goes to Francois for his bear crawl with 4 merkins on each parking line extravaganza. Longest to decide award to HoppinJohn.

Crossed the bridge over to the loch highlands stop light sign to start 15s. Lunges at the bottom, squats at the top.

Mosey back to the flag for an on time completion.

Headed north this morning to bring some of that JIU pizzazz to the Krypto krowd.
We ran.
I called exercises.
A few of the PAX even performed the exercises I called.
A few of those even counted.
Concensus was that they did add more streetlights along Ederle on the way to Penny.
All in all we had a blast and covered some ground.

11 Boot Campers camped and 8 Run Bros Ran.

Boot campers were lead to the parking lot behind Ritter off Crescent Green. Amway lead the Pax in warm ups and then had all previous SWW Site Qs lead an exercise. He then turned it over to YHC to lead the ME. We moseyed back to the lot at SWW where we did modified coupon circuits with a long pickle run in between each circuit. Music was on the agenda (play list was epic), however, the speaker had other ideas. Mumble chatter was on point. We ended with plank-holds and chill-cuts for Mary.

Announcements: SCary Family Picnic 4/27, The Highland Games 4/19 and DDD 2/22. Oh and YHC has been recruited to fill the Big shoes of Brie as Co-Site Q of SWW (some equated it to Belichick going to UNC…which could be taken many ways). It’s and honor and privilege to serve as Co-Site Q with Amway.

I’ll leave you with this…F3 gives us an opportunity to encourage one another and build each other up each morning during workouts. Use that to set the stage for the rest of your day. Carry over that encouragement to your family, friends, co-workers and anyone you encounter throughout the day. The world needs more of that.
