8 young men, 2 old guys and a dog came out this morning.
We started out with the pledge and then some stretching.
A ladder workout was in store as we ran the 2 mile loop stopping for burpee’s, merkins, jump squats, lbc’s, and side straddle hops.
Random 1960 and 1970 trivia questions were asked at each stop. Term Paper helped the PAX out on several.
We ended with Rocky Balboa’s favorite merkins. The one arm merkin.
