I swore off running after BRR, but my guys Staubach and Bluewater are already training for BRR 2023, so I jumped on the JDI Q Sheet. Bluewater and Kiffin sprinted all 5 miles, so I wound up barely seeing him. Alas.

Very sorry to hear Mrs. Mayflower is sick, but it was fun having Mayflower out for his JDI debut.

Chops was tan (ish) after a big week in Mexico.

Strong showing from the DMZ Run Club, with Suck Up, Skull Cap, and Denali all taking a break from running through MacGregor to join us.

Suck Up to Happy Gilmore: “You’ve been going pretty hard lately.” Happy Gilmore to Suck Up: “Well I did take last Sunday off.” What a stud.

We ran about five miles. Prayers for Chipper.

A baker’s dozen blazed new trails where greenways were explored with a brief FWD fly by for 5 miles of fellowship. Kiffin wore short tights and great discussions we’re had by all. Prayers for Todd’s family, my dad and for everyone to appreciate their health and ability to do what we do. MIAGD!!!

3 pair for EC swashbuckler. 14 toured Swampmere holes 10,11,12,13,16,17 and 18 and got a sampling of the hills of Birkhaven! 1 also got to see the remaining holes of the back nine. No snakes were seen. The Q failed to hit the 5 mile min. I blame my route planner not picking up the cart path and having to use ‘manual mode’. Q also failed to keep everyone together. Gonna need to pick it up to hit that daily goal of marginal adequacy.

Make this run the least of the great things you do today men!
