Great morning after Christmas for a run. We ran down Kildaire to Duck Doughnuts and back.

Thanksgiving week and with that in mind 11 PAX ventured out into the GLOOM, ran a brist 5 miles, and returned to home-base safely.

Some of the streets of Lochmere were traversed with a double loop of Loch Lomond. Many thanks to the guys who brought out the headlamps.

Convos were had along the way. Learned a little about @Vegemite and @Trickle’s Hickory, NC backstory. Also learned about @Staubach’s newfound love for fishing . He’s due to be a beach-bum very soon after all, so we understand. Talking about beachy things, a Nicholas Sparks reference was dropped during coffeeteria, which brought out a lot of LOLs . (I am surprised at how much the PAX are in touch with their feminine sides)

Prayers for @Brie and his family. Baby is due soon and do keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Prayers we also have a safe thanksgiving as well. There is always something or someone to be grateful for.

Lastly, I completely forget to mention that today is YHC’s 44th birthday. It was an honor and even a pleasure sweating it out with you HIMs this morning. Love you all and MIAGD.
