Several for an EC run with Cauliflower. several for the go longer faster run thing with Shipyard, the rest of us for a jog up the hill to a mucho chesto style pain train, some calf raises on the steps going down by the building, some more calf raises on the steps down to the lake, some silent sunrise squats (5 penalty burpees for wings running his mouth), and a recovery jog around the lake led by breezy with some words of encouragement for those that pay to run around the lake in the morning.
