One end of the lot had our board and the only way to pass off your chalk to your teammate was to knock out merkins, squats, LBCs X 5/each. (Person must also draw the line through)
X’s vs. O’s. Losers gets burpees, winners get merkins. 2 exhilarating games played with questionable tactics. Then team Indian runs back to the flag battling each other with the classic , , . A lot of people losing on paper.

Prayers and praises. Safety for people stuck in flood zones around the state and weather. Safe travels to our guy, Joe Smith, as he goes to smuggle hardware into Prague.

Brie – northern France. Soft cheese. pairs well with crackers, pastries and burpees. X 5

Mozzarella – Italy. Fresh cheese. Made from buffalo milk, and pairs well with pizza, caprese sandwiches and merkins. X 10

Butterkäse – Germany. Semi-soft cheese. Pairs well with meats, beer and Bonnie Blair’s. X 15

Swiss – Switzerland. Semi-hard cheese. Pairs well with sandwiches, pasta and SSH’s. X 20

Pecorino – Italy. Hard cheese. Pairs well with honey, jams, grapes and H2M’s. X 25

Stilton – England. Blue cheese. Blue veiny cheese that pairs well with plum bread, mango chutney and LBC’s. X 30

10 South Cary identifying HIMs (at least that I saw from the pic) joined the 9/11 Stair Climb Convergence with the GCR. 9 stair climbed and one rucked. The handrails were gross and Hermes yelled at us not to use them…not due to sanitation. Great time and meaningful occasion. Thanks to Parker and crew for pulling it off on short notice!

Started with “put one leg in front of the others” for a while. Mixed in a few “lift leg thingy’s” and “arm over your head hip hingers”. Then more put one leg in front of the others with a variety of partner exercises. Great effort from a group with 6 of the 8 having done the BRR or AMBRR this past weekend. And it was a beautiful crisp morning to boot.

Regarding the meaning of life, it’s a few things: Significance, coherence, and purpose: this includes the belief that your life matters, that it makes sense, and that you are pursuing goals.
Survival and reproduction. Realizing potential. And as a Christian, glorifying God by knowing Him, enjoying Him, and living a life that reflects His image through loving and serving others, ultimately finding true purpose and fulfillment in a relationship with Him.

Finally, why is Grease Monkey not in Slack. Can we get him added? I think he’s going to be around for a while…

Another AMBRR is in the books fellas. A huge shout out to the entire SAG Crew for all they did to make this a successful event. There is a lot that goes on behind the scene leading up to the event and during. I can’t thank them enough for their leadership.

Under the darkness of the early morning sky at 0600, 31 runners set out to achieve something. What that “something” was was different for each of us. Some ran for fun and fellowship, others ran to beat a previous time or distance and others ran to prove to themselves that they could run a 10K or a Half Marathon. Whatever that something was, I am hopeful we all achieved what we intended to.

I am grateful for F3 and how it has impacted my life and for the relationships formed over the past couple of years…

You all crushed it this morning! Do the same the rest of today as well. MIAGD!!!
