11 for Yogi-fest day 5 (but only 2 for south Cary) at a non-problematic Shepherd’s Watch.

We did not say the pledge and took off for the walnut st side parking lot and about 7 of us made it there only to realize our Q had turned around and gone elsewhere. We found him and joined for an extended warm-up complete with copious amounts of instructions. Form week, Yogi style.

We moved on to the thang…eleven-seven. We did 11s with burpees and squats. And then 7s with WW2s and LBCs. Katniss smoked us all and then got yelled at for not picking up the six.

Then we lined up “belly button to asshole”, which apparently means shoulder to shoulder, for a sprint to the alcove and then we did some round the circle Mary. Katniss introduced us to the erectors, which is what they call H2M in Greer.

The workout ended on time, the COT did not. The Site Qs had to do some expediting to keep things moving and it kinda worked. Prayers for Unitard’s brother and Katniss’ outreach at the DDC.
