3 Cleaverers (Clevearites? Cleaverians?) and 16 bootcampers launched from Point Break on a crisp and windy morning. After a mosey and warmup we found safety from the wind in a parking deck, at Term Paper’s welcome suggestion.
Thang 1: The world’s shortest, but not easiest, 11’s. Bear crawl about 20 feet, Merkin, Crab Walk back, LBC.
Interlude: Washington Commanders Run (or Kenyan Queue) modified so the front person dropped off, performed 5 Merkins, then catches up to the back and yells “Loud and Proud, the Six”. After some confusion about which line the yelling was for one group modified the call to wish YHC a Happy Birthday.
Thang 2: 11’s on a hill. CDDs at top, Squats at bottom, and PAX choice of Everests or backwards run up the hill.
Mosey back to the flag, couple minutes o’ Mary, and Have a Nice Day!
It was a pleasure to be out with y’all this morning. I’m grateful for every one of you being out there, working hard, and supporting your fellow man. Few have it as good as we do. MIAGD!

It was 5:44 and 3 lonely souls somberly stood at the flag. All of the sudden, out of nowhere, the PAX rolled in hot, fresh off their post Christmas party hangover, ready to get to work.

Started with a longerish mosey out of the park to warmups, and then painted the lines on our way back in. Headed to the coupon stash for the thang. Partnered up, and each round one PAX would execute an Iron PAX Challenge inspired feat while the other completed an AMRAP exercise. Then swap. Feats completed included Murder Bunnies, Blockies, overhead coupon carry, Redrum Bunnies, coupon lunge walk, standing broad jump. We might just have some new IPC converts for 2025! Only one block destroyed.

Post COT the PAX found themselves lost with no site Qs or coffee in sight. Rumor was that coffee was over at the pavilion, but were there cups? Was it too far? Most decided to head directly to Escalator or hit the showers. Site Qs may need to re-engage before SWW becomes only a memory.
Praises to Astro for his Christmas party planning and prayers for those struggling during the holiday season.

21 fine HIM came out to the great AO, Point Break. Another great weather morning and that started us off right. Quick disclaimer, the pledge and we were off. A short mosey jog around the way and ended up in front of Shake Shack.

After a warmup of 50 SSH’s and good mornings, we headed over to the center of Waverly. We started with 18 merkins for good measure and then the first of three set of 7’s since we are only 7 days away from Christmas. We learned a new burpee today and it’s the only burpee I will do. The Walmart Burpee! So Walmart burpees at the bottom of the stairs and CCD’s at the top.

Next set of 7’s were on the adjacent side of stairs with squats at the bottom and scorpion CCD’s at the top.

Final set of 7’s were on the narrow stairs on the back side of Waverly. We utilized the soft, wet, green fake grass to do X’s and Y’s at the bottom and regular merkins at the top.

We finally moseyed back to the flag and finished up with low slow flutters.

Christmas party tomorrow night and Oakwood 24 on Saturday. Prayers for Bubba’s friends, Jerry and Kelly going through medical issues, prayers for Term Papers family and prayers for Fresh Prince’s friend who is going through legal issues. I am so thankful for all my F3 brothers! You guys rock!! Coffee on point as always. Go MIAGD!

All 10 Pax emerged on time, 5 from vehicles and 5 from various EC options. SWW might losing its grip on its famed EC variety…

An FNG was identified, fresh off the 1 mile EC so a disclaimer and five core principles were quickly laid out. Legalese was followed by the pledge. Mosey to the cul-de-sac for warm up on the way to the Holly Springs Rd neighborhood entrance but plans quickly to get our work done on Uncle David’s hill. 5 reps at peak 1, 10 reps in the valley and 15 reps at peak 2. CDDs for first set, dying cockroaches for 2nd set, hand release merkins for the 3rd and American hammers for the 4th and final set. Mosey back to the park with an awkward stop at the cul-de-sac to pickup the 6 and chicken with the dump truck. With a few laps around the pickle and a bit of Mary, time expired.
