This morning we worked on speed, strength, and agility as we went through training camp inspired drills. After a full round of 1st and 10 (lot of merkins and burpees), we finished with a 10 minute game of football. The only touchdown was called back due to Dowry playing referee, but I believe instant replay would have shown it to be legit. Attempting to mold these elite athletes into football players is not easy, but they do have raw talent. Finally, IC light’s better looking older brother is in town and we welcomed him to F3. MIAGD!
