Near record numbers, or a possible record, in the gloom this morning at good old Shepherd’s Watch.

Started with the mission, core principles, disclaimer, and pledge, before moseying to the Harris Teeter parking lot for warm-ups much to the delight of the PAX. Warm-ups were mostly stretching as I have recently come off an injury and wanted to stay limber.

Then we did some four corners around the Starbucks plaza in pyramid fashion, meaning ascending then descending reps, where each corner had some variation of legs, abs, chest, or shoulders. We even managed to avoid getting hit by cars.

Then we moseyed back to the soccer fields where we did a Dora consisting of Superman‘s in the wet grass, LBC‘s, and squats, while the partner ran the length of two soccer fields with three Burpee‘s in the middle each way.

Then back to the flag for some final exercises prior to COT.
