Started with a brief mosey and then some warm up exercises/stretching. Did a sheep loop lap and then grabbed a rock. 3 rounds of rock exercises, each lap was followed by a lap of sheep loop. We then did a slightly altered Dora with 75 burpees, 75 merkins, 200 squats and 300 LBCs. Capped it off with 5 double merkin burpees just for fun. Moseyed back to the flag and finished it up with an unknown amount of WWIIs and a 1 minute chillcut.

Prayers for Staubach and family, and Cauliflower and anyone else who struggles during this time of the year/time change.

16 Hermes showed up for a little jaunt around Jack It Up this morning.
Yogi Q’d the workout but Shipyard was the mastermind. We warmed up with moving arm circles down to the playground area and got in a single file line. One man ran the big pickle while other men performed an exercise. Repeated until everyone had gone at least once. Moseyed back to the flag for an extended COT.
Prayers for Yogi’s son, Term’s daughter, Sherpa, and Chipper. Gratefulness for F3 and the fellowship. Fun morning. Hermes, TYFYL!

15 PAX gathered at JIU – Warmups with Daisy Pickers, Windmills, Sir Fazio (Forward and Backward), Merks, Calf and Runner’s Stretch;
DORA – 100 Merks/200 Squats/300 LBC’s and run the large loop – questionable cumulative counting by the PAX;
Picnic tables for Dips/Derkins/Left + Right Step Ups;
Rock Pile for C4G’s, Tricep Extensions, Squats and the small loop;
Quick round of 70/100 sprints back on the main loop and a round of American Hammers to close.
