14 PAX for a Beast on the “Up around the Bend” Strava, segment (four up, two down). 6 reps of an exercise at each of 6 stops. Merkins, Squats, American Hammers, Prisoner Squats, Burpees, and LBCs were the exercises. This took the whole time!

The group finished something like 56 segment completions collectively. Credit will be entered in the sheet by Term Paper whether you like it or not. We need dem points.

Shipyard made a presentation to celebrate 6 years of JP and the 6 weeks of 6-packs leading up to today.

We prayed for the collective mental health of us, our kids, and all of the surrounding communities.
