8 for a classic bootcamp workout around Shepherd’s Church. No hills were found (site Q kept their location secret) but we managed about 2.5 miles and a good ol’fashioned Dora in the mix (100 hand release merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBC’S) (political party affiliations were revealed whether a PAX ran right or left). Quote of the day from Tonnage who said that the workout hurt less this week than last week (just keep posting)! Dynamic duo of Badda and Bing were out. Prayers for Term Paper, Snip’s dad, YHC’s mom and 2.0. Coffee was delicious but cut short by the rain. Honored for the opportunity to Q. TY fellas!
