A vibrant crowd out there this morning as YHC celebrated 2 years of being in F3.

We visited some under-utilized locations, with our warmups being in the Lochmere golf course parking lot, and then making our way to the big hill by the Lochmere Highlands tennis courts.

Dora in the parking lot at the top of the hill, on partner ran to the bottom of the hill, did 5 squats, then ran back up, while the other partner did WWII’s, merkins, and American hammers. Then we did some burpee island, going around the parking lot with sets of burpees going up increments of 2.

Back to the flag just in the nick of time, as usual it was timed perfectly. Over 3 miles covered.

It can be easy to forget the impact you are having in the men next to you simply by showing up. Thanks for everything you all have done for me over these past 2 years.

Feeling like I’m forgetting someone… Forgetfulness was in the air this morning. Our FNG of the Year frontrunner, Brie, fart sacked through his Q this morning. A larger fall from grace has perhaps never been experienced in the long and storied history of South Cary. Atonement is needed.

Nevertheless, our man Staubach stepped up and lead warmup and site Qs Kiffin and LifeAlert lead the PAX through Dora at Java Jive and some hill 7s by the lake. Mumble chatter mostly focused on concern for Brie.

Two runners combined EC and ME for 9 miles of hills. Congrats to If/Then for his first five mile EC.

Back to the flag for LBCs on all sides and stretching
End a bit early because YHC had to get the kids to school
