Beautiful morning for a workout.

Started with a moderate distance mosey (debate would ensue on my definition of moderate), followed by warm ups (where I received great coaching and assistance from some legendary PAX).

To the back parking lot for 7 of Diamonds (debate would also ensue on my definition of diamond, and that this was just four corners in disguise). First lap 7 burpees at each corner. Second lap 14 lunges, third lap 21 hillbillies, fourth lap 28 jump squats. Then back down to 21, 14, ending with 7 much loved burpees at each corner, last one being back at the flag.
