10 Pax came out for their annual checkups with YHC and got more running than expected (or maybe it was expected?)

After a brief warmup of SSH, Sir fazio, and stretches, we moseyed to the hill.

11s on the big hill with CDD and Merkins.

Then moseyed back to the main parking lot, with 4 corners and various core exercises. Dodged a lot of cars and site Qs kept us safe.

Back to the flag exactly on time with 3+ miles for all.

10 souls came out for what was supposed to be an Iron PAX Challenge recovery day but instead received a 5 inning beatdown on the F3 baseball diamond. F3 baseball is nothing like real baseball, except there are bases and there might also be some whining.

Ended with newly coined sir fazio wrist circles to ease of pain from crab walking. I believe the passerbys were very impressed with this.

8 braved week 2 of the Iron Pax Challenge under Kitty Litter’s leadership. Workout honored the STL pax who lost his life at a beatdown last year. Times ranged from legit 45ish (apologies if French Lick and Nabs were materially faster) to questionable 55 minutes. This week was significantly more challenging than wk 1. Playlist on point. Prayers for aging parents and those doing R2R this weekend.

It was, in fact, a beautiful day at Stonebridge. After the pledge and some stretches, we set out for some pearls on a string. We traversed Ten Ten multiple times as we made our way to Trinity Church. We stopped at every intersection for some LBCs. We then circumnavigated Trinity stopping at every light pole, alternating between merkins and. Squats. Then we returned to the flag just in time for some Chilcutt. The traffic was heavy but OTW kept everyone safe.
Prayers for Kitty Litters coworker who lost his son at 19 yo to a motorcycle accident. Lord be with that family in their time of grief.

7 iron-pax’ers and 9 dough-knead’ers came
together in the GLOOM to get their morning exercise mojo on. 5 miles for the Dough-It squad and only the good Lord knows what the Iron pax fellas did during their 45 min get together. Maybe they went to the Waffle House, Mojo Dojo style (didn’t notice too much sweat).

An awesome sighting of the Space-X launch lit up the sky and was a great treat for the eyes of the pax as well. @francois skipped a lap around the Loch due to his irrational fear of and we were all back to home-base with a couple of minutes to spare.

COT – Various 9/11 stair-climb workouts throughout the greater Wake county region, mainly with the convergence at Carpex BO and a birthday boy @snip led stair climb workout at #ao-wed-pointbreak as well.
