Today was a Merkin kind of a day. if I counted correctly, the PAX did 200 Merkins over the course of 45 minutes. We started with a quick warm-up, followed by an Indian run to the bridge. At the bridge, we did a set of sevens with Merkins and plank jacks. Mosey back to the flag quick round of Mary, followed by COT.

Today prayers are lifted up for water wings’ grandmother, and for the children who are going to school and struggling due to the ongoing incidents

What a glorious morning!!! It has been 314 days since my last Q and it showed. We did some running around and the PAX were told to “Go That way”. We celebrated Rod day and enjoyed great fellowship. As I said in COT each and every PAX motivates me more than you will ever know. Cherish every moment you have. Be present with your wife, kids, co workers, and all those around you. Our family is so grateful for the F3 community.

Prayers for Bayonne’s family as today would have been his brothers 50th birthday.

23 broke a record at Just Dough It. Our brothers from Peak City captured the flag and we set out on a 5 mile fellowship run. No snakes were found but lots of good fellowship was. Prayers for those families with loved ones who are not well and praises for those who received some good health news. Thanks to all that came out, truly great to see you all this morning!
