An odd number of pax did an odd workout today. Q came in off the top rope right on time – was hiding out trying to stress out the site q who HC’d to the workout and then didnt show. Knowing @kitty litter, he probably went to another workout somewhere else. Great group, great site, wondering why I had never been invited before and where my first time Q gift was….

10 South Cary identifying HIMs (at least that I saw from the pic) joined the 9/11 Stair Climb Convergence with the GCR. 9 stair climbed and one rucked. The handrails were gross and Hermes yelled at us not to use them…not due to sanitation. Great time and meaningful occasion. Thanks to Parker and crew for pulling it off on short notice!

Took the summer wind loop, Hermes joined us for a recovery walk and acted as our pacer. He got us back with time to spare to the flag, 16.10 pace per my watch. We did COT with the Dough IT crew.

YHC’s first official South Cary post (I guess we won’t count the Great Hill Climb Challenge debacle of 2023)! Three amigos hit the streets for nearly 2.75 miles (depending on the watch) of rucking and great conversation. I should visit more often.
