@riptide lead a flawless Q and found a large pickle at Mojo Dojo Casa House. @Franklin was there along with Callahan as well. Loops were completed as we discussed the importance of nutrition and eating walnuts and blueberries while we drank coffee and masticated on lite Brite provided apple fritters. shout out to Chipper for providing additional mugs in case someone forgets one.

1/2 the Stonecutters pushed a truck around the p lot while the other half did (or was told to) leg work. As hoped for the 1 half not pushing came to help the 1/2 that were. From there blocks were ready for CPRs and RockYoBodies. From there we hit the tables for table shrugs, slow Derkins, and deep slow dips. The fellas seemed to like the slow and deep thing. They pushed the truck back to the flag for Mary.

No FNGs, no mission statement, no core principles, quick pledge and we are off.
Mosey to Java Jive lot for a SCary Stretchless Warm Up.
Short jog to underpass area for Horseshoe descending ladder of variety merkins and leg work. WW1s under the bridge each pass.
Lightpole merkins up and down Kildaire and then back to the flag via greenway for a round of Mary ending with Riptide Signature Boat Canoes.
Thanks to Amway for the recruiting job getting me out for the Q this morning.
