Strong numbers on a great South Cary morning! Peak F3 season is upon us.

Took the long way to the east lot for the standard SCary warm-ups.

Thang 1 – four corners with shoulder taps, squats, CDDs, LBCs. Three rounds with 15, 20 and 15 reps. Then back to the main lot

Thang 2 – 11s with merkins and jump squats. We almost completed these.

Popcorn Mary to close out.

Had Royale from Greenville, SC join us and he thought he was joining a run heavy workout. We got him 2.91 miles and he seemed happy.

Odyssey and cookout on 10/14. Hermes is bringing and inflatable. Prayers for Kirkland’s dad, Shut-in’s knee surgery and McGraw. Praise on Wide Right’s friend’s successful treatment.
