Fun was had by all, regardless of whether some claim that attendance numbers were inflated!

Dads held a commanding lead until sudden death during stoppage time. Notable standout performances were Chanticleer, Chanticleer and Chanticleer. He owned the field and we just participated! But seriously, some of these 2.0s were fearless, going head to head HIMs twice their size.

23 total F3 Dad’s and their 2.0s enjoyed a lovely first taste of fall weather and extended the no injury streak at South Cary’s most dangerous AO to 2.

The activities kicked off with the pledge of allegiance followed by a full speed mosey to the warm up spot. Good mornings, merkins, squats, side straddle hops, and lunges got everyone ready for the fun to come.

A mosey to the basketball court was followed by several balloon themed relay races and a couple animal relay races.

After that it was off to the baseball field for jump the creek and cross the ocean.

The Dad’s and 2.0s returned to the flag and welcomed two FNGs.

1st ever SCary Dad’s workout!
YHC was excited to see 2.0 FNGs present. Mission statement was explained, pledge executed before kicking off the warm-up.
Armstrong and Snorkel shot out of the gate strong way ahead of the PAX! Warm-up and stretching on the baseball and then a few laps on the playground obstacle course.
Next the PAX headed to the Greenway for what ended up being a little more than intended. Some 2.0s were eager and some faded fast due to the distance covered.
We got a quick water break before heading to the basketball court for some knockout and Mary.

Welcome Four-seam, Sbarro’s 2.0 and Armstrong, Amway’s 2.0!

Looking at making this a monthly event on the first Saturday of the month. Thanks for coming out!
