To close out the Pokemon week, we played with a deck of Basic Energy cards. Each card represented an exercise. Some cards had a dice roll to call the count, others were just called by a dad.

Warmups after a brief mosey. Questionable form per usual in SCary. Mosey back to the playground for the thang.

Kids took turns flipping a card and we threw in a pickle lap in the middle of the deck. The illusive fire burpees were finally found!

A few dad called exercises to round out the morning and then a final mosey to cover a full mile.

Picnic coming soon and camping trip. YHC took us out.

This was my first Q of this AO and probably my favorite Q yet. It may have looked like herding cats to those watching us run around but nothing is more fun than the opportunity to lead along side you HIM with the 2.x’s watching and learning. MIAGD!

Busy, hard working bunch this morning for some cardio cone work, obstacle course through the playground, basketball relay race and an intense Dads vs kids capture the flag game to wrap it up. Kids technically got the first flag capture and the win, but a headfirst full extension dive into the sandpit past 7 kids by The Super to start a late flag capture rally deserves kudos and a call out.
Wrapped it up with Juice Muffins and Z Bars… fun start to the day!

Big Rivalry coming up between the Chiefs & Ravens, oops Eagles. Started with the rules & pledge, all flawlessly executed. Followed by child & truck (parked) collision (ouch!) Thang 1 was the football basics running & passing. Thang 2 a little green light / red light with burpees as penalties. Thang 3 move to variation of sharks & minnows –>Chiefs & Ravens/Eagles. Last was pearls on a string kids choice of exercises.

Overall successful day, over a mile was covered. Honor to lead. Only minimal talking back to the Q from Augmenteds daughter.

1st ever SCary Dad’s workout!
YHC was excited to see 2.0 FNGs present. Mission statement was explained, pledge executed before kicking off the warm-up.
Armstrong and Snorkel shot out of the gate strong way ahead of the PAX! Warm-up and stretching on the baseball and then a few laps on the playground obstacle course.
Next the PAX headed to the Greenway for what ended up being a little more than intended. Some 2.0s were eager and some faded fast due to the distance covered.
We got a quick water break before heading to the basketball court for some knockout and Mary.

Welcome Four-seam, Sbarro’s 2.0 and Armstrong, Amway’s 2.0!
