YHC did his best to keep order and the kids warm while we traveled around the paths at Ritter park. My son also brought a whistle.. you can imagine how that went.

We did 6’s (6 squats) and 10’s (10 jumping jacks) at the baseball field bases, obstacle course work and ran to the tunnel to squat jump and touch the beams above and finished off with some old fashioned merkins weighed down by the 2.0’s.

COT included Gatorade and checking out Francois ride.
