Beautiful morning at Kryptonite. Large contingent of ECers this AM.

No FNGs so pledge and off we go. Head the long ways around Symphony Lake, mix in some side shuffles and carioca for an on the go warm up. Pearls’d our way to the Garmin lot for a set of 7s. Merkins on one end, squats on the other. Scolded by Hermes for calling a 10-count a Krypto. Time to kill so pax called exercises followed by a short pickle x2. Mosey back to the flag for HAND. No MARY much to Oofda’s dismay but replaced with a Captain Jack approved COT timing.

Announcements – some golf tournament thing today. Camping Trips. Bowling Night.

Today’s workout was co-authored by Chipotle’s delicious but spicy barbacoa. YHC had plans to cross the greenway but kept things safely close to Regency with Blimps and parking lot work. 12 festive exercises were expertly executed while covering 3.4 miles and enjoying festive tunes. Merriment followed with festive drinks and delights.

It was good to be back in the gloom at Kryptonite. Great weather this morning! 10 ventured out for a quick warmup and then a CMIYC with merkins up to Angelica Cir. Teams of 5 split off to meet at the top with low slow flutters at the top and low slow flutters at the bottom. A few rounds of those. A quick round of 7s we’re performed with merkins and squats. A nice Indian run brought us back to the flag just in time. It was great to be out there with the guys this morning. MIAGD!

There was about 10 for the EC. Nabisco, Glass Joe and I started a little late and caught everyone.

Main Event: Run to the Dude Solutions parking lot for a quick warm up and then partner up. Catch me if you can with 5 Merkins to the townhome loop.

Lap 1 – timed lap with your partner with 10 Merkins, 10 plank jacks, and 10 squats.
Lap 2 – opposite direction 15 of the exercises and penalty burpees for every sec you were off your time.
Lap 3 – opposite direction with 25 reps of each exercise.

Indian run to the parking lot and everyone went to the wrong one. Go gos in the parking lot. Michelob did the best call out. LBCs and partner runs and we were done.

Really glad I didn’t run over Happy Gilmore anymore than I did.
