19 PAX were present for a beautiful Tuesday morning at point break. We started the post on a 2.5 mile loop through lochmere stopping at each intersection to do merkins and squats. Loop totaled 100 merkins and 200 squats. Next hills with WW2s at top and burpees at bottom. Hermes lobbied for no core work and the AO was finished. 2 FNGs. LifeAlerts VQ. Appreciate the opportunity!
